When I first met Eli, I was rather down and out in beverly hills so to speak. I had already paid someone to design my site, but they were not delivering the goods. So a webmaster friend referred me to his designer. Naturally I was nervous at first, but Eli put me right at ease.
I do suppose what impressed me the most about her was she did not wish to be paid until the site design was finished and uploaded. And also until I was 100% satisfied.
We worked together on it. It was a joint effort. I really enjoyed doing this with her. And it made it more personal for me to see my site design come into being.
I received what I paid for and then some. Excellent service and a very nice website. She also was very supportive in other areas that were not involving design.
I would happily recommend Eli to anyone as she is professional and is able to give a website the professional presense that is needed.
